Wutan Tai Chi & Kung Fu
Audra is a qualified Acupuncturist who obtained her degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and 5 Elements at The College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, in Berkshire, UK. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council.
She continues to study Classical Chinese Medicine under Master Jeffrey C. Yuen who is an 88th generation Daoist Master of the Jade Purity Yellow Emperor Lao Zi School.
Part of her practice and treatment protocols is to prepare topical herbal blends for patients to use at home in between treatments, using a variety of Chinese herbs/Essential Oils. These often involve pain and muscle blends.

£51 for a block of 6 (£8.50 per class) £9.50 drop in or in place of a catch up Tai Chi class.
Non slip indoor shoes please to keep the hall clean and avoid slip hazard.
Family Kung Fu & Chinese Boxing 5.40 - 7pm

Qi Gong. Yang, Xing Yi, Ba Gua, Sun, Weapons. Please note this is not a beginners class so all practitioners need to be able to get to the half way point of the Yang short form to attend.
